This program is built for any Barn member who wants to approach the Annadel 10K with structure, confidence, and community — whether your goal is to finish strong, set a PR, or simply feel prepared on race day.
The build is designed specifically around the demands of the Annadel course: sustained climbing on the first half and sustained downhill on the return. It layers on top of your normal Barn training without replacing it.
Each week includes:
-
Structured programming built around Sunday Run Club with BJ
-
A second weekly run to complete on your own schedule
-
Short “Runner Armor” sessions focused on hip, knee, calf, and ankle durability
-
TrueCoach access for weekly programming and accountability
-
Remote coaching and guidance from Urban
We will also meet for two key trail sessions:
-
March 22 at Annadel (course preview)
-
March 29 at Jenner Headlands
Run Club will always remain free and open to everyone. This program simply provides added structure, progression, coaching, and race-specific preparation for those who want it. The cost is $75 for 6-weeks and proceeds will go to supporting Run Club.
Our goal is to build a strong group heading into April 18 — athletes who show up ready to climb well, descend confidently, and support one another on race day.
Spots are limited to keep the group intentional and coached well.
